Rocío Marengo completes pilgrimage to Luján to thank for her son's birth

Rocío Marengo, a model and presenter, completed a 47-kilometer pilgrimage to the Basilica of Luján to express gratitude for the birth of her son, Isidro. The journey, which lasted approximately 12 hours, began in Liniers and passed through Castelar, Ituzaingó, and Merlo.

Marengo faced challenging conditions, including persistent rain and strong winds, before the weather cleared later in the day. She described the physical toll of the walk, noting moments of extreme exhaustion. The pilgrimage holds deep personal significance for Marengo, as she described her path to motherhood as difficult; Isidro was born prematurely at 33 weeks of gestation.
