Rocío Nahle distributes entrepreneurship support in Coatzacoalcos

Governor Rocío Nahle García led the distribution of 2,000 payment orders through the ‘Apoyo a la Palabra’ program in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz. This initiative involved an investment exceeding 14 million pesos to support entrepreneurs in Coatzacoalcos, Villa Allende, Mundo Nuevo, Lomas de Barrillas, and Ciudad Olmeca.

During her administration, the program has provided 36,000 direct supports to entrepreneurs. The scheme utilizes a direct delivery method without intermediaries or requirements such as guarantors or deeds, allowing recipients to recover investments and access secondary financing.

Additionally, as part of the ‘Apoyo a la Familia’ program, tools and machinery were delivered to 66 community workshops specializing in carpentry, embroidery, sewing, welding, cooking, and bakery services. The Governor also highlighted regional infrastructure projects, including the rehabilitation of the boardwalk, security enhancements via the C5 center, and progress on the Coatzacoalcos III bridge.
