Rodovia dos Imigrantes traffic changes due to viaduct works

Traffic on the Rodovia dos Imigrantes (BR-070) near Cuiabá will be altered on September 26 and 27 due to viaduct construction at the junction with MT-040. The works, located at km 503 near the access to Santo Antônio de Leverger, involve deep pavement recovery at the viaduct entrance.

On Saturday, September 26, crews will work on one lane while the other remains open. On Sunday, September 27, work will shift to the remaining lane, requiring a ‘stop and go’ system with alternating traffic in both directions every 15 minutes. Operations are scheduled from 9:00 to 17:00.

Nova Rota do Oeste, the concessionaire, selected the weekend to minimize impact during lower traffic periods. Drivers are advised to plan trips in advance, reduce speed, and follow all operational signage.
