Journalist Rodrigo Bocardi has sparked social media reaction after mockingly commenting on the low audience ratings of the Brazilian broadcaster SBT. Following a post showing the network in fourth place behind Globo, Record, and Band, Bocardi wrote “Sucessoo!!” in an ironic response.

This incident follows Bocardi’s controversial departure from SBT in September. His exit occurred after allegations surfaced regarding a potential attempt to exert commercial pressure on municipal governments through his company, BocaTV, and its “Prefeitura Parceira” project. While Bocardi has denied any wrongdoing, labeling the accusations as “bandidagem,” the network had previously suspended him from presenting the news program SBT Cidades pending an investigation.
