Rodrigo Gaitán resigns from Belgrano after substitution error

Rodrigo Gaitán has resigned from his position as assistant coach for Belgrano (Las Piratas) following a technical error during a match against Lanús. During the game, which Belgrano won 3-1, the coaching staff exceeded the permitted limit of five substitutions by making six changes.

Gaitán stated that while the error was unintentional, he accepted responsibility for the mistake to protect the rest of the coaching staff and players from harsher sanctions. The disciplinary tribunal is expected to rule on the matter in the coming days, with potential penalties ranging from fines to the loss of points.
