Rodrigo Pandorfa Garrido participates in Bach Academy
Chilean violinist Rodrigo Gonzalo Pandorfa Garrido recently participated in the Bach Academy in Köthen, Germany. The 27-year-old musician was one of 20 participants in the program, which focused on studying musical sounds, instrumentation, and the acoustic properties of performance spaces.
Pandorfa Garrido, who grew up in Paine, Chile, began playing the violin at age eleven. He moved to Germany to pursue music, studying at the Franz Liszt University of Music in Weimar. Having completed a degree in modern violin, he is now pursuing a master's degree while simultaneously studying baroque violin.
