Roedeer band focuses on original rock music

The Roedeer, a rock band composed of four musicians aged between 16 and 18, recently appeared on Radio Materia to discuss their formation and musical direction. Hailing from the province of Varese, the group aims to build a career focused on original compositions rather than following current trends.

The band consists of Tommaso on vocals and guitar, Jacopo on composition and lyrics, Carolina Cuccera on bass and backing vocals, and Zinedine, who contributes a jazz-influenced sensibility. The group formed through a mix of long-term friendships and chance encounters, including a meeting at a musical instrument shop.

Their musical style features original songs primarily written in English, drawing diverse influences ranging from the Beatles and Radiohead to jazz.
