Roćević entrepreneur Miroslav Tomić builds wood business

Miroslav Tomić, a demobilized combatant in Roćević, has operated the wood processing company ‘MBM’ for five years. The business, which produces timber, flooring, and prefabricated houses, was launched using a 10,000 KM state incentive for self-employment alongside personal funds.

The Tomić family has faced significant hardships since the war, including the loss of a brother whose remains have never been found. Currently, Miroslav’s brother, Milan, is facing what the family describes as unfounded legal accusations, adding new challenges to their established business operations.
