Rogaland Bilutleie provides minibuses for royal funeral in Oslo
To accommodate the large number of international dignitaries attending King Harald’s funeral, Oslo required a significant influx of transport vehicles. Due to a shortage of local minibuses, Glenn Grøsfjeld of the Stavanger-based family business Rogaland Bilutleie was contacted to assist.
Grøsfjeld reported that approximately 120 minibuses were needed in Oslo for the event. Three of his company’s vehicles were driven the 500-kilometer journey from Rogaland to Oslo to transport prominent guests. The sudden demand led to a surge in inquiries for the company after clients noticed the business logo on vehicles used by royal visitors.
