Roger van Damme and Thermomix launch sourdough bread mix

Star chef and pastry chef Roger van Damme has partnered with Thermomix to launch the ‘Signatuur Zuurdesem’, an exclusive sourdough bread mix specifically developed for the Thermomix TM7.

Van Damme, whose experience with the appliance dates back to his internship at the renowned El Bulli restaurant in Spain, describes the tool as an indispensable part of his professional and daily kitchen work. The collaboration aims to bring the art of sourdough baking into home kitchens, combining culinary craftsmanship with kitchen technology.
