Roger Waters criticizes Trump's foreign policy in Venezuela and Gaza

British musician and Pink Floyd co-founder Roger Waters has criticized U.S. foreign policy, labeling actions taken by Donald Trump as “piracy and gangsterism.” In an interview, Waters accused the United States of violating international law and the United Nations Charter, specifically regarding alleged operations involving Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and First Lady Cilia Flores.

Waters claimed that Trump has openly acknowledged motivations related to seizing oil resources. Additionally, the musician addressed the conflict in Gaza, describing certain proposals as “absurd and repugnant.” He criticized the involvement of figures such as Jared Kushner and Benjamin Netanyahu, characterizing the situation in the Palestinian territories as a “genocide” and condemning efforts to transform Gaza into a tourist resort.
