Rogério Siqueira reelected as ASA president

Businessman Rogério Siqueira has been reelected as the executive president of Agremiação Sportiva Arapiraquense (ASA) for the 2027/2028 biennium. The election took place in Arapiraca, Alagoas, and established the new leadership structure for the club.

Siqueira, who has led the club since 2023, stated his intention to manage the upcoming term with responsibility, focusing on social policies and new administrative sectors including women, youth, and accessibility. He noted that with labor debts largely settled, the club can direct more of its projected R$ 12.7 million budget toward football operations.

A primary goal for the new administration is preparing a competitive squad for the 2027 Campeonato Brasileiro Série C, a competition the club will participate in for the first time in ten years. The new board also includes Lucas Barbosa as president of the Deliberative Council.
