Rohan Tungate criticizes teammate after track collision

Rohan Tungate, a leading rider for Krono-Plast Włókniarz Częstochowa, expressed significant disappointment following a collision with junior rider Kevin Małkiewicz during a match against GKM Grudziądz.

During the thirteenth heat, Tungate was involved in a crash after Małkiewicz moved toward the left while Tungate was attempting to follow his line. The incident resulted in Tungate's fall and the subsequent exclusion of Małkiewicz from the race. Tungate noted that while he was frustrated by the crash, he was more disappointed by the junior rider's lack of an apology, stating that when asked, Małkiewicz merely shrugged or shook his head.

Despite the tension, Tungate highlighted his successful individual performance, scoring 14 points with a bonus. He also expressed satisfaction with the club's new manager, Patrick Hansen, and confirmed his intention to remain with Włókniarz Częstochowa for the 2027 season.
