Roka Akor to open second Arizona location in Gilbert

Western Retail Advisors has announced several new tenant commitments at the Northside at SanTan Village mixed-use development in Gilbert, Arizona. The high-end retail and restaurant component, developed by Okland Capital and San Tan Development Group, is nearing full occupancy.

Key new tenants include Roka Akor, a contemporary Japanese restaurant that will occupy a 4,336-square-foot space with a 1,000-square-foot patio. This marks the restaurant’s second location in Arizona, following its flagship in Scottsdale. Other new leases include Sandbox VR, an immersive virtual reality experience, and Aria Nail Bar, a luxury nail salon.
