Roko Ivandić takes second place at Yamaha Blu Cru Superfinale
Roko Ivandić, representing MX Karlovac, secured second place at the Yamaha Blu Cru Superfinale held in Ernée, France. The event featured 120 young riders from around the world competing in the MX 65, 85, and 125 classes.
During the Superfinale, Ivandić led the race for two laps on a challenging track characterized by heavy jumps and uneven terrain. He was eventually overtaken by an American rider, Smart, following a yellow flag. The final podium consisted of Smart in first, Ivandić in second, and Colombia's Martin Ospina in third. Additionally, Stefan Lenče finished in tenth place.
This performance marks a significant comeback for Ivandić, who had been absent from racing for 15 months due to two fractures and a dislocation. The result is noted as particularly meaningful as he returned to the bike only about a month after completing his rehabilitation.
