Roland Kodri joins Executive Services Group as partner

Roland Kodri has joined the Executive Services Group as a new partner in Offenburg. Kodri, who has over 12 years of experience in recruiting and previously served as the managing partner of Perspective Personalmanagement GmbH, will expand the group's presence in southwestern Germany.

Through this partnership, the Executive Services Group increases its network to nine locations. Kodri will focus on direct and executive search services for companies in the logistics, trade, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors, with a specific emphasis on logistics and warehousing.

Executive Services Group Managing Director Thomas Kottenhoff noted that the addition of Kodri expands the group's industry expertise in logistics, despite current negative market trends.
