Rollins and various U.S. banks face analyst rating and price target shifts
Financial analysts have issued several updated price targets and ratings for various U.S. companies across the pest control and banking sectors.
Rollins, a pest control provider, is facing increased skepticism. Wells Fargo reduced its price target from $32 to $27 with an ‘Underweight’ rating, citing headwinds in customer lead generation. Piper Sandler also downgraded the stock to ‘Neutral,’ noting that AI-driven search functions may be directing customers toward smaller local competitors. BNP Paribas Exane and Bank of America have also issued lower price objectives for the company.
In the banking sector, Morgan Stanley adjusted targets for several institutions. It raised the price objective for East West Bancorp from $160 to $164 with an ‘overweight’ rating. For Zions Bancorporation, the firm increased the target from $77 to $78, though it maintains an ‘underweight’ rating. Conversely, Morgan Stanley cut the price target for Regions Financial from $36 to $35, maintaining an ‘equal weight’ rating.
