Rolls-Royce has unveiled the Phantom Hummingbird, a unique one-off Bespoke model based on the Phantom Series II Extended. Commissioned through the Private Office in Dubai as a tribute to a client's wife, the vehicle features the first-ever use of abalone shell inlay in the brand's history.

The design utilizes the iridescent blue and green qualities of abalone shell to mimic the plumage of a hummingbird. Due to the fragility of the material, artisans in Goodwood spent nine months on development, undergoing six iterations to perfect the technique.

Key interior details include rear picnic tables featuring hummingbird motifs made from 53 hand-inlaid pieces each. Additionally, the rear waterfall panel contains a botanical design composed of 84 elements crafted from abalone and mother-of-pearl.
