Rolls‑Royce Spectre Series II unveiled with record 680 hp Black Badge

Rolls‑Royce introduced the Spectre Series II, the first update to its all‑electric coupe since its 2022 launch. The refresh brings modest visual tweaks and a suite of performance and efficiency upgrades. Power output for the standard model rises to roughly 600 hp, while the top‑of‑the‑range Black Badge version reaches 680 hp and 112.2 kg·m of torque. The 102 kWh battery remains unchanged, but re‑engineered cells extend the WLTP range by about 18% to 628 km, and charging from 20% to 80% can be completed in under 30 minutes.

Exterior changes include a new Iced Black matte finish on the Black Badge’s chrome details and a black‑painted Spirit of Ecstasy mascot. Both variants receive 23‑inch forged alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin gains an aviation‑inspired clock and a lighting strip with 8,108 points, while bespoke materials such as bamboo‑inspired fabric from the Côte d’Azur are offered. Pricing starts near the current model’s baseline of roughly £330,000, with full customization driving costs higher.
