Rolls‑Royce unveils Phantom Regatta and upgraded Spectre Series II
Rolls‑Royce introduced the one‑off Phantom Regatta, a bespoke limousine inspired by England’s historic sailing yachts. Built on the Phantom Extended wheelbase, the car features a two‑tone “Regatta Blue” and “English White” paint scheme that mimics a yacht’s waterline, nautical‑themed interiors with navy‑blue leather, hand‑crafted picnic tables made from royal walnut, and a Starlight headliner of over 1,300 fibre‑optic lights. Power comes from the standard 6.75‑litre twin‑turbo V12 delivering about 563 hp, and the vehicle debuted at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Alongside the Regatta, Rolls‑Royce launched the Spectre Series II electric super‑coupé. The update adds up to 18 % more electric range (approximately 390 miles) and reduces charging time by about 14 %. The Black Badge variant becomes the most powerful Rolls‑Royce ever, offering 500 kW output and 1,100 Nm of torque. New exterior finishes include “Ethereal Blue” and an iced‑black option, while interior upgrades feature Duality Twill bamboo‑derived fabric, perforated leather inspired by moonlit clouds, and a Brindled Walnut veneer. The model also gains a 23‑inch forged‑alloy wheel design and an illuminated fascia artwork.
