Roma Bar Show to host international mixology and beverage industry event

The Roma Bar Show is scheduled to take place on September 14 and 15 at La Nuvola in Rome. The event aims to address the evolving beverage industry by bringing together hundreds of exhibitors and buyers from over 30 countries, including bartenders, distributors, and hospitality professionals.

Key features of this edition include a dedicated area for No & Low Alcohol products, a Mexican Village, and an Educational Program consisting of an Auditorium, Tasting Room, and Academy. A new Business Room will also be introduced to cover topics such as economic management, leadership, and brand development. The event includes a Buyer Program developed with Ice Agenzia and Fiere di Parma.

As part of the festivities, the Aleph Rome Hotel will participate through The Cocktail Collective by Hilton. The hotel's Organics Sky Garden will host international guest shifts featuring bartenders from London and Copenhagen. Additionally, a panel titled ‘Mixing Talent with Hilton’ will discuss the evolution of hotel bars and their role in the professional beverage landscape.
