Roma Tower luxury skyscraper construction begins in Warsaw
Construction is set to begin this October on Roma Tower, a 170-meter luxury residential skyscraper in central Warsaw, located at the intersection of Emilii Plater, Nowogrodzka, and Świętej Barbary streets. The project, valued at approximately 840 million PLN net, will feature roughly 357 to 370 apartments along with high-end amenities including a private cinema, wellness zone, and a 25-meter swimming pool. Interior design is expected to be handled by the Italian firm Pininfarina.
The general contractor is a consortium consisting of the international construction group Strabag and TKT Engineering. The investment involves several partners, including BBI Development, the Belgian firm Liebrecht & wooD, the Akapia group (co-founded by Czech billionaire Michal Strnad), and the Pro Bonum Foundation, which provided the land.
While construction is scheduled to take approximately 50 months, official project presentations, final visualizations, and the start of apartment sales are not anticipated until 2027.
