Roman Abramovich acquires 100,000 square meters in Milas, Turkey
Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich has purchased approximately 100,000 square meters of land in the Milas district of Muğla, Turkey, adjacent to the Kaplankaya Project. According to reports by journalist Fatih Altaylı, the acquisition includes two private beaches.
Rather than developing a hotel, the plan for the site involves constructing only three luxury residences. The development strategy aims for low density, with one house planned for every 30 decares (30,000 square meters) to minimize environmental impact and avoid construction disputes. This approach is expected to position the area alongside high-end international destinations like the South of France, Sardinia, and Marbella, with property values potentially reaching between $10 million and $100 million.
