Roman Juraško exits Markíza after 21 years

Long‑time Slovak television presenter Roman Juraško is set to leave Markíza after more than two decades on air. The broadcaster reportedly gave him notice in August 2026, ending his tenure that began in 2005 with the morning show Teleráno and later work on Reflex. Markíza has not confirmed the report.

Juraško’s departure comes amid personal changes: he and fellow presenter Diana Hágerová announced their breakup earlier this year after a long‑term relationship that produced two children, daughter Izabelka (9) and son Tristan (5). The couple had been a prominent pair in Slovak show business, and their split was confirmed through social‑media statements.
