Roman Kosecki discusses Polish football training and officiating

Former Polish national team captain Roman Kosecki discussed his career, the state of Polish football training, and officiating challenges in a recent interview. Speaking from his football school, MUKS Kosa Konstancin, Kosecki defended the existence of a training system in Poland, noting that while the system produces top players, modern challenges include a lack of discipline among youth and demanding attitudes from parents.

Kosecki also addressed the national team, highlighting the significant role of Robert Lewandowski while acknowledging the need to find successors. Furthermore, he criticized the officiating environment, specifically pointing to a lack of professional training for referees and inconsistencies in VAR decision-making.
