Roman Kosecki discusses Polish football training and officiating

Former Polish national team captain Roman Kosecki discussed his career, the state of Polish football training, and officiating challenges in a recent interview. Speaking from his football school, MUKS Kosa Konstancin, Kosecki defended the existence of a training system in Poland, noting that while the system produces top players, modern challenges include a lack of discipline among youth and demanding attitudes from parents.
