Professional wrestling figures Eric Bischoff and Booker T have offered differing perspectives regarding WWE star Roman Reigns following comments by Conrad Thompson labeling the champion as overrated.

Eric Bischoff stated on the “83 Weeks” podcast that he finds Reigns’ current work somewhat repetitive and creatively uninteresting, comparing the sensation to the predictable match styles of Ric Flair. However, Bischoff emphasized that Reigns remains highly bankable from a business standpoint, noting that his ability to sell merchandise and tickets proves his value despite subjective creative critiques.

In contrast, Booker T strongly defended Reigns, dismissing Thompson’s assessment as a massive exaggeration. Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T asserted that Reigns is currently “the best damn wrestler in the world,” citing his flawless performance in high-stakes matches and his proven ability to elevate opponents in the ring.
