Roman Reigns Criticized for White House UFC Appearance as He Promotes New Merchandise

World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns attended the UFC Freedom 250 event on the White House lawn, a crossover that sparked sharp criticism from veteran wrestling manager Jim Cornette. Cornette called Reigns an “attention whore,” arguing the star could have refused the invitation and was lending his credibility to any paid appearance, and he cited similar criticism from actor‑wrestler Paul Walter Hauser.

Reigns has not publicly responded to the remarks. In a separate development, the champion used his social‑media platform ahead of WWE RAW from London’s O2 Arena to unveil a new Roman Reigns T‑shirt available on the WWE Shop, urging fans to purchase it while supplies last.
