Roman Reigns Says He Has Few Friends and Plans to Remain Champion for 2–3 More Years

In a Nightcap podcast interview at Fanatics Fest 2026, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns explained that, after becoming the Tribal Chief, he no longer seeks friendships in the locker room, focusing instead on business and the legacy of the Bloodline. He said he expects to stay at the top of his career for another two to three years before considering a reduced schedule, citing family considerations as a key factor in any future decision.

Reigns also addressed the rising talent Oba Femi, stating that the King of the Ring winner has not yet earned a match with him and must first prove himself, particularly in an upcoming Hell in a Cell bout against Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam. Paul Heyman later echoed the hype surrounding the Oba Femi–Lesnar clash.
