Roman Szymański joins Ankos MMA from Czerwony Smok
Roman Szymański, a veteran Polish mixed martial arts fighter, has officially moved from Czerwony Smok Poznań to Ankos MMA. The 33-year-old lightweight competitor, who holds a professional record of 18-10, announced the transition via social media, confirming he will now train under coach Andrzej Kościelski.
Szymański has been a prominent figure in the KSW organization since 2017, competing against high-level opponents such as Mateusz Legierski and Valeriu Mircea. His departure from the Poznań-based Czerwony Smok follows other notable exits from the club, including Mateusz Gamrot. Szymański indicated that the move is intended to provide new challenges and a fresh stage for his career development.
