Roman Tam concludes world tour with The Wynners reunion

Cantopop legend Roman Tam concluded his ‘Unforgettable’ world tour at the Hong Kong Coliseum with a final performance marked by emotional reunions and tributes. During the finale, the iconic group The Wynners—comprising Tam, Ronald Cheng, Pang Kin-sun, Chan Yau, and Ip Chi-keung—reunited on stage to perform classics such as ‘Sha La La La La’.

The group also performed ‘Wan Ha La’ as a tribute to their late friend and lyricist Peter Lai. Tam expressed his gratitude to the group and shared that he intends to spend more time with his family and friends in the future, noting that this series of concerts would likely be his last large-scale production unless for charitable purposes.

The concert series featured numerous celebrity guests, including Eason Chan, George Lam, and many others. Tam was visibly moved during the performances, particularly when the audience joined him in a mass sing-along of ‘Friends’ and during his rendition of ‘Yi Hai Fu Tai’.
