Romania expands economic cooperation with Polish and Pakistani delegations
Romania is hosting various international business delegations to strengthen economic ties and explore strategic partnerships.
Polish state-owned companies from the Industrial Development Agency (ARP) portfolio recently held a networking reception in Bucharest. The delegation included eight companies operating in sectors such as rail transport, energy, industrial production, space technology, and robotics. To support these commercial relations, the TwinMarkets business platform was launched. Participating firms include FPS H. Cegielski, Fabryka Kotłów SEFAKO, and TF Silesia, among others.
Separately, a trade mission from the Pakistan-Romania Business Council (PRBC) met in Constanța to discuss cooperation in maritime transport, logistics, agriculture, textiles, energy, and cybersecurity. The delegation, led by Atif S. Farooqi, visited the Port of Constanța to build upon a cooperation memorandum signed in March between the Port of Constanța and the Port of Karachi. The mission also included visits to Bucharest and Brașov to engage with Romanian economic centers.
