Romania launches National Student Guide 2026/2027

The Executive Unit for Financing Higher Education, Research, Development, and Innovation (UEFISCDI), in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Research, has launched the National Student Guide 2026/2027. This resource is designed to provide Romanian students with structured information regarding university life and the higher education system.

The guide covers a wide range of essential topics, including university admissions, study organization, tuition fees, scholarships, and other forms of financial support. It also details student rights and obligations, university services, facilities, and opportunities for academic and personal development.

Developed as part of a project aimed at preventing and reducing university dropout rates, the guide is available in both PDF and interactive online formats. It is intended for use by students, university staff, academic counselors, and student organizations to facilitate smoother transitions into higher education.
