Romania launches recruitment for Gendarmerie and Police training
Law enforcement and military agencies in Romania have launched new recruitment campaigns for training programs.
The Gorj County Gendarmerie Inspectorate is seeking candidates for 850 positions at non-commissioned officer schools in Drăgășani and Fălticeni. Applications are accepted online through the Ministry of Internal Affairs platform until October 4, 2026. The recruitment process includes psychological evaluations, physical performance tests, and knowledge examinations scheduled for late 2026.
Simultaneously, the Vrancea County Police Inspectorate has opened admissions for three post-secondary training units: the police agent schools in Câmpina and Cluj-Napoca, and the border police training school in Oradea. Interested candidates must submit their applications electronically via email between September 15 and October 4, 2026.
