Romania: Monica Tatoiu predicts Euro rise and economic stabilization
Monica Tatoiu, a former mathematics teacher and business professional, has shared her perspectives regarding the economic situation in Romania. During an appearance on Cristi Brancu’s program, Tatoiu predicted that the Euro will continue to rise against the Romanian Leu.
She attributed this expected increase to inflation reaching 10%, arguing that the previous exchange rate of 5 lei per Euro was an artificial stabilization that is now correcting itself. Tatoiu suggested that the currency fluctuation is a result of economic balancing rather than political instability.
Furthermore, she expressed optimism for the month of November, predicting that economic conditions will stabilize. She noted that individuals who have avoided bank loans and excessive spending may find relief as the situation settles, potentially leading to a better holiday season.
