Romania sets dates for Bacalaureat 2026 oral language exams

The Ministry of Education has published the schedule for the oral components of the 2026 Romanian Baccalaureate.

- Romanian language oral test (Proba A) will be held from 8 to 10 June. - The mother‑tongue oral test (Proba B) is scheduled for 10–11 June. - The foreign‑language oral test (Proba C) will take place on 11–12 June, covering English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Portuguese and Turkish. - The digital competency test (Proba D) is set for 15–17 June.

Written examinations begin on 29 June, and the entire first session is expected to involve more than 130 000 candidates. All exam rooms are monitored and audio‑video recorded; candidates may not bring personal bags, mobile phones, headphones, or any electronic devices. Violations result in immediate disqualification.
