Romania to have 13 companies in FTSE Russell indices

Romania will have 13 companies represented in FTSE Russell indices dedicated to emerging markets starting in September 2026. This follows the announcement by index provider FTSE Russell regarding the inclusion of Aquila Part Prod Com (AQ) and Cris-Tim Family Holding (CFH) in the FTSE Global All Cap indices.

As a result of the review, the number of Romanian companies in the FTSE Global All Cap indices will rise to 10. These companies include Aquila Part Prod Com, Banca Transilvania, Cris-Tim Family Holding, Electrica, Hidroelectrica, MedLife, Nuclearelectrica, One United Properties, Teraplast, and TTS Transport Trade Services. Additionally, Electrica (EL) will transition from the Mid Cap to the Large Cap category, while Conpet (COTE) will be included in the FTSE Global Micro Cap indices.
