The municipality of Râșnov has begun the most extensive street and sidewalk maintenance in a decade, resurfacing streets such as Brândușelor, Trandafirilor, Lalelelor, Gladiolelor and Panseluțelor with a new asphalt layer and reusing milled material for unpaved roads.

In Timișoara, construction has started on a double‑track tram line and a new turning loop on Gării Street, with the passage closed to traffic and tram line 5 temporarily replaced by bus line 5C from 3 August. The works also affect Calea Bogăneștilor and require large equipment.

Bucharest’s mayoral administration reported the placement of the first tram rail on lot 1, beginning at Theodor Pallady Boulevard and continuing through 1 Decembrie, Basarabia, Calea Călărașilor and Corneliu Coposu, including the Titan complex loop. The 18‑km project is proceeding on schedule and involves relocation of water and gas networks.
