Romanian clubs CFR Cluj, Universitatea Cluj and FCSB kick off UEFA Conference League preliminaries on 23 July 2026
On Thursday 23 July 2026, three Romanian sides will play in the second‑preliminary round of the UEFA Conference League. CFR Cluj travel to Armenia to meet Alashkert at 18:00, with an Albanian referee team appointed by UEFA. Universitatea Cluj host Norwegian club Brann at Sfântu Gheorghe at 20:00, overseen by an Armenian referee crew.
