Denis Drăguș transfer saga intensifies with FCSB interest and Sevilla speculation

Romanian striker Denis Drăguș is the focus of multiple transfer rumours. One report claims he has signed a three‑year contract with Gigi Becali’s FCSB, with a prospective salary of up to €3 million and a €2 million transfer valuation. The move would require a large financial outlay, prompting former national coach Victor Pițurcă to warn Becali that the investment could backfire if Drăguș does not perform.

Separate sources indicate that Sevilla FC are also monitoring Drăguș. The Spanish club, aiming to rebuild its attack, has listed the 28‑year‑old on its radar. Sevilla’s officials have been quoted as estimating a possible fee around €500 000, with the Turkish side Trabzonspor – Drăguș’s current club, where he is under contract until 2028 – willing to consider a loan or a permanent sale. Drăguș’s recent record shows limited impact in Turkey, with only two goals in 24 matches during his latest loan spells.

Overall, the player remains a regular in Romania’s national team squad, having earned 28 caps and scored seven goals. His future depends on negotiations between FCSB, Sevilla and Trabzonspor, as well as the financial calculations of the Romanian club.
