Romanian clubs Rapid Bucharest, Dinamo Bucharest and CSO Voluntari earn direct group-stage berths in EuroLeague Women &
Rapid București, the Romanian women's basketball champion, has been placed among the 12 clubs with a guaranteed slot in the 2026‑27 EuroLeague Women regular season. The team will join Europe’s elite, such as Fenerbahçe Opet, Valencia Basket and Galatasaray, with the group draw scheduled for 16 July in Munich.
In volleyball, Dinamo București (men) and CSO Voluntari (women) will learn their CEV Champions League group opponents on 15 July in Luxembourg. Dinamo, entered with a CEV wild‑card, is placed in the fourth pot and will meet teams from Italy, Poland, Germany and others. Voluntari, the women’s champion, is in the third pot and will face clubs from Italy, Turkey, Poland, France and beyond. Both clubs will represent Romania in the continent’s premier club competition.
