Romanian Companies Announce Major Executive Changes at Ringier Media and Super Technologies

Andrei Bereandă will leave his role as Managing Director of Ringier Romania Media at the end of next month, citing a new executive opportunity outside the media industry. Ringier announced that the company will split into two divisions: a Media division, covering titles such as Libertatea, Unica, Elle and TV platforms, to be led by editorial director Mădălina Rădulescu; and a Collectibles division, handling collectible sales, to be headed by operational director Dana Costache. The restructuring follows a broader reorganization that has already resulted in several announced redundancies.

Super Technologies disclosed that Andrei Popa has been appointed General Manager for its Romanian operations, effective 1 August 2026. Popa succeeds Adam Lamentowicz, who will continue as Chief Commercial Officer for Central and Eastern Europe. In his new role, Popa will oversee the company’s multi‑brand ecosystem—including Superbet, Napoleon Games, Superscore and Maxbet—and drive long‑term performance in one of Super’s key markets.
