Romanian Film Days 2026 to premiere ‘Cercul’ in Chișinău

The 12th edition of Romanian Film Days in Chișinău is scheduled to take place from September 17 to 20, 2026, at Cineplex Loteanu and Cinema Odeon. Admission to the event will be free.

The festival will open with the Moldovan premiere of ‘Cercul’, a Romanian-Moldovan co-production written and directed by Valeriu Andriuță. The film, which was shot entirely in Moldova, previously received a special jury mention at the Transilvania International Film Festival in Cluj-Napoca.

A question-and-answer session following the premiere at Cineplex Loteanu will feature director Valeriu Andriuță, producer Iulia Andriuță, and members of the film crew.
