Romanian football veterans invest in youth academies

Former Romanian international footballer Dănuț Lupu has announced plans to launch his own football academy, with an estimated investment of between 200,000 and 300,000 euros. The project aims to provide a comprehensive training environment, including a requirement for students to practice ice hockey during the winter months to enhance physical development.

Lupu also intends to implement strict rules regarding parental involvement, stating that parents will not be permitted to attend training sessions to ensure the focus remains entirely on the athletes' development.

Separately, former Cameroonian international Nana Falemi, who led the FC Nana Juniors project, reported that a 15-year-old player from his academy signed with Dinamo București this summer. Falemi emphasized his goal of creating an environment that fosters high-potential talent for professional advancement.
