Romanian Foreign Minister Oana Toiu Discusses Energy Security and Oil Exports with Kazakhstan

Romanian Foreign Minister Oana Toiu held a telephone conversation with Kazakh Foreign Minister Yermek Kosherbayev. The two officials discussed recent developments concerning oil shipments through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and incidents involving drones in the Black Sea region.
