Romanian municipal teams carry out daily street and green‑space maintenance in Valu lui Traian and Timișoara

The communal public works service of Valu lui Traian is performing routine upkeep of streets, sidewalks and public green areas. Tasks include sweeping, waste collection, sanitation of vegetation, tree and shrub care, flower planting and maintenance of floral beds, all aimed at keeping the locality clean and pleasant for residents throughout the year.

In Timișoara, the municipal road authority (SDM) scheduled a series of repair and maintenance operations for 29 July 2026, covering streets, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, passages and underpasses, as well as traffic signalling. The programme allows for re‑scheduling in adverse weather and gives priority to urgent or incident‑related works, ensuring continuous road safety and functionality.
