Romanian municipalities publish 2026 public procurement programs

The National Museum of Union in Alba Iulia released its Annual Public Procurement Program for 2026, based on the budget approved on 23 July 2026. The document lists scheduled exhibitions, events and services for the year, including the August exhibit on the Mithras cave at Apulum and the XI edition of the Medieval Days of Bălgrad festival.

Buzău City Hall announced the sale of an extravilan agricultural plot owned by Mărgărit Gheorghe and detailed upcoming changes to its electronic services platforms, effective 15 December 2025. Citizens will need to create accounts on two separate platforms for tax‑related services and other municipal services, with integration to the national identity provider ROeID.
