Romanian Olt County appoints Bacalaureat 2026 commission members as national exam schedule is released

On 25 June 2026 the Inspectorate for Olt County held a public meeting to appoint members of the commissions that will organise the national Bacalaureat exams for June‑July 2026. The selection was made by lottery and included officials such as Vice‑President Mirela Paraschiv, General Inspector Adrian Bărbulete, secretary Gheorghe Gabriel and inspectors Felicia Alexandru and Lavinia Roxana Micu. The meeting emphasized legal compliance, impartiality and transparency.

The Ministry of Education also published the Bacalaureat calendar for the 2026 June‑July session. Written papers will take place from 29 June to 3 July 2026, with specific dates for Romanian language, mandatory profile exams and elective subjects. In Satu Mare County, seven exam centres will host 1 871 candidates, and the written work will be evaluated digitally at a zonal assessment centre. Strict rules prohibit any electronic devices, notes or communication inside exam rooms, and candidates violating them will be excluded from the current and next two sessions. Initial results are scheduled for 7 July, with final results on 13 July.
