Romanian players Ionuț Radu and Radu Drăgușin struggle in La Liga and Serie A

Romanian footballers Ionuț Radu and Radu Drăgușin have faced difficult performances in their respective European leagues.

In Spain, goalkeeper Ionuț Radu received low ratings following Celta Vigo’s 1-2 loss to Osasuna. Despite a strong performance in a previous match against Valencia, Radu conceded two goals and recorded only two saves. The loss follows a red card for Marcos Alonso, which shifted the momentum of the match. Celta Vigo has also brought in Altay Bayindir from Manchester United to increase competition for the starting goalkeeper position.

In Italy, defender Radu Drăgușin struggled during Fiorentina’s 0-3 defeat to Frosinone. Following a previous 0-4 loss to AS Roma, Drăgușin received ratings as low as 4 and 4.5 from Italian media. Critics cited poor positioning, lost aerial duels, and marking errors during Frosinone’s goals as key factors in the team's defensive struggles.
