Romanian Rowing Federation to host national championships on Lacul Morii

The Romanian Rowing Federation (FRC) has announced that the National Endurance Championship will be held on Lacul Morii in Bucharest on November 14 and 15. This event marks the lake's entry into the competitive circuit, following Lacul Pantelimon.

Organized in partnership with the Sector 6 City Hall and the National Administration of Romanian Waters, the competition will feature European, World, and Olympic champions. Elisabeta Lipă, president of the FRC, stated that the initiative aims to utilize the lake's infrastructure to promote health and movement within the capital, describing the location as a “jewel in the middle of Bucharest.”
