The 49th edition of the ‘Seaside for All’ (Litoralul pentru Toți) program is scheduled to run from September 1 to September 30, 2026. Organized by the Romanian Federation of Business Associations in Tourism (FPTR), the initiative offers accommodation discounts of up to 60% compared to peak summer rates.

Approximately 67 to 80 accommodation units across 10 major resorts, including Mamaia, Eforie Nord, Eforie Sud, Costinești, and Neptun-Olimp, are participating. Rates vary by location and service level, with the lowest reported price being 39 lei per person per night in Eforie Nord. Options range from simple accommodation to all-inclusive packages, and many offers can be paid for using holiday vouchers.

The program serves as a strategic support mechanism for the Romanian hospitality industry, which has faced challenges including rising utility and food costs, as well as changes in holiday voucher policies. Industry representatives, such as Adrian Voican of ANAT and BIBI Group4Travel, noted that September has increasingly become a ‘fourth summer month’ due to favorable weather and lower crowds, helping hoteliers extend their operating season after a summer marked by moderate demand in June and July.
